Jon Kong Productions Limited, United Kingdom. Last updated 12 October 2026.
This site belongs to me, Jon Kong, trading through Jon Kong Productions Limited. I keep it simple: I collect what I need to send you what you asked for, I only switch on analytics if you say yes, and you can undo any of it by emailing me.
Your email and first name, when you fill in a form for the free videos, the free lesson, the VOODOO demo, or a callback. These go to Klaviyo, the email service I use, and I email you from there. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
Application forms on /apply and the callback form on /enroll go through Formspree to my inbox so I can reply personally.
Purchases of the Vaults or VOODOO are handled by Polar, who are the merchant of record. Polar collects your payment details, I never see them. Polar tells my systems that an order happened, with your email and what you bought, so I can give you access and tag you as a customer in Klaviyo. Polar's privacy policy covers the payment side.
Community access for the free videos and the Vaults runs through Circle at members.expansiveacademy.com, which has its own account and privacy terms.
When you first arrive you see a banner. If you press Accept, three things load: Google Analytics 4 (how pages are used), Microsoft Clarity (anonymous session recordings and heatmaps) and the Meta pixel (so I can measure whether an Instagram ad led to a signup or a purchase, and show relevant ads to people who visited). If you press No thanks, none of them load, and the site works exactly the same.
Your choice is stored in your browser only, under the name jk_consent. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner comes back.
Video players from Vimeo and YouTube set their own cookies when you play a video.
I do not sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing. I do not import lists from other businesses. I do not run analytics before you agree.
Email subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Customer records stay for as long as you have access to what you bought, plus whatever UK tax law requires for the order itself. Analytics data stays for the default period of each tool, which is fourteen months for Google Analytics.
Under UK GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email jon@jonkongmusic.com and I will deal with it myself, normally within a few days. If you are not happy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
